Today marks the release of the newest merit badge, Signs, Signals and Codes. Since Scoutbook is cloud based we are able to bring you the latest BSA changes as they happen.

    Can this award be received boys who are in Boy Scouts, not Cub Scouts? Because I am not sure if this can be earned.

    The best way to demonstrate would be showing the pamphlet itself. It includes a lot of information. I consulted on the American Sign Language requirements.
