Scoutbook Makes Training Easy

Scoutbook believes every Scout deserves a trained leader. If you ever wondered if you are fully trained your gonna love our new My Training section of Scoutbook.

Scoutbook takes the guesswork out of training by analysing all your current positions in Scouting then displays a summary of which courses you should take to be fully trained.

If any of the courses are about to expire a yellow checkbox will appear showing the number of days until the training will expire. When your training expires it appears red.

Every time you view your account you will see at a glance if you are current with your training. 100% percent earns you the training strip.

Also you will notice we have included the unit numbers, position patch and training strip on your profile page.  If you have multiple positions just go into your My Positions section and choose which position you want to appear in your profile.  This is your default profile position.

Scoutbook has added all 140+ training codes so in addition to the basic courses like Y01 Youth Protection, you can keep track of SA Safety Afloat, WS81 Weather Hazards and many more.  Scoutbook automatically knows which courses have expiration dates so you will never fall behind on your training.  

We work closely with the BSA Volunteer Training Team so when they announce changes Scoutbook will be sure to keep you up to date.
